The NXT Women's Championship changed hands at WWE NXT Stand & Deliver.
Roxanne Perez made Lyra Valkyria submit to a crossface on Saturday's show. She had been targeting Valkyria's already injured arm throughout the match.
Perez now joins Charlotte Flair and Asuka as the only wrestlers to win the NXT Women's title twice.

Before the title match began, free agent Giulia was shown seated in the crowd next to William Regal and Rossy Ogawa. On commentary, they said Giulia was there to "take in" the greatest women's division in the world.
Valkyria's title reign ends after 165 days and six defenses on WWE NXT programming. She defeated Becky Lynch for the belt at NXT Halloween Havoc 2023.
Perez's second title reign begins a little over a year after she lost the belt to Indi Hartwell at NXT Stand & Deliver 2023. Hartwell won a six-pack ladder match that night but was forced to vacate the belt due to injury shortly after.
