'The Iron Claw' Von Erich movie release date announced

"The story of the rise and fall of the Von Erich family, a dynasty of wrestlers who made a huge impact on the sport from the 1960s to the present day," reads a description of the film. 

Jeremy Allen White (The Bear, Shameless) plays Kerry Von Erich, Zac Efron (High School Musical, Neighbors) plays Kevin Von Erich, Harris Dickinson (Beach Rats, Triangle of Sadness) plays David Von Erich, and Holt McCallany (Mindhunter, Foundation) plays Fritz Von Erich. Aaron Dean Eisenberg (The Deuce, Dead Ringers) was cast as Ric Flair in the film late last year.  

Additionally, AEW World Champion Maxwell Jacob Friedman plays the role of Lance Von Erich in the film. 

It was written and directed by Sean Durkin (The Nest, Dead Ringers).
