Tyrus Enters NWA Crockett Cup; Ricky And Kerry Morton Added

The NWA Crockett Cup is starting to take shape.

During the April 18 episode of NWA Powerrr, NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Tyrus announced that he will be entering the Crockett Cup tournament, which will be held on June 3 and 4. Though Jordan Clearwater was standing next to the champion when he made the announcement, Tyrus stated that he has not picked a partner yet.

Tyrus wasn’t the only wrestler to announce his entry into the competition; Ricky Morton and Kerry Morton also made it clear that they will be part of the tournament.

The Crockett Cup is a prestigious tag team tournament that dates back to 1986. Past winners include The Road Warriors, The Super Powers (Nikita Koloff & Dusty Rhodes), Sting and Lex Luger, Villain Enterprises (PCO and Brody King) and The Briscoes (Mark and Jay Briscoe).
