As reported earlier the WWE started their European tour today. The first show was at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. The WWE has already suffered what may be a serious loss.
Roman Reigns appeared to be injured in a match with Randy Orton during the main event of today’s show in Glasgow. Reigns wrestled Orton in a cage match and went to spear Orton. Orton looked to have been trying to turn the spot into a turning bodyslam but there seemed to be some miscommunication and they both butted heads hard. Reigns was very bloody but finished the match but was said to look very out of it.
After the match Reigns and Orton were both checked out by doctors backstage and it’s possible that one or both of them may have suffered a concussion but that has not yet been reported if that’s the case. I’ll post an update if I hear more.
Other big changes for the WWE European tour is originally Daniel Bryan vs. Kane in a “Last Man Standing” match was being advertised, but with Bryan’s injury, that is obviously off the table now. Instead the WWE will now have Kane, facing Big Show in a series of Last Man Standing matches. Also advertised for the events are The Shield, Big E, Rob Van Dam, Bad News Barrett, Big Show, Randy Orton, Mark Henry, Ryback, Curtis Axel, Paige, Layla, Fandango, Cameron, Naomi, Jack Swagger, Zeb Colter, Sin Cara, Rusev, Lana and more.
This Monday on Raw should be quite interesting, see a video below of Triple H and his views on Daniel Bryan’s injury, and The Shield. “If you want to be an A plus player, Then be prepared for the A plus game.” “Adapt or Parish.”
