If you're not familiar with The Iron Sheik, here's what you need to know. He's a mostly retired professional wrestler from Iran that enjoyed big fame in the WWF during the 1980's. Aside from a famous match he had with Hulk Hogan, Sheik was mostly known for his angry outbursts, ones that have continued long after his full-time role in wrestling ended. It turns out that The Iron Sheik is not only the most unlikely hockey fan you'll ever meet but also the most outspoken when it comes to the current NHL CBA negotiations. Twitter was made for people like the Iron Sheik. He loves to express his opinions - loudly. Surprisingly, he has commented on the NHL lockout numerous times. The past several days saw fans clinging to optimism before the bottom fell out - again - in the labor talks. Fans took to Twitter with their anger. Iron Sheik joined in. WARNING: Some NSFW language follows below. The NHL you are no good piece of sh** motherf***** you insult the fans you make me mad.You can go duck yourself worse than the oj Simpson — The Iron Sheik (@the_ironsheik) December 5, 2012 Like many fans, the Sheik has plenty of anger for Gary Bettman. Gary Bettman your d*** smaller the poppy seed. You disrespect the fans and the legend. You can go f*** yourself forever in the a** — The Iron Sheik (@the_ironsheik) December 7, 2012 He continues with possibly the most creative Gary Bettman insult we have heard so far. I so mad about the NHL they don't make the deal because they are dumb no good motherf******. Gary Bettman worse than @chrisbrown forever — The Iron Sheik (@the_ironsheik) December 7, 2012 Even Bettman would have to admit that being compared to Chris Brown stings a little. [follow]
