Sara Del Rey, who was recently signed by WWE, was brought in for several reasons. WWE wants to bring in more female wrestlers are aren’t typical models to counter former Divas like Maxine, Kelly Kelly, and the Bella Twins leaving.
Del Rey is also expected to have a major role in training and developing the other Divas, a sigh that WWE may be moving the women’s division away from the sex aspect and more towards actual wrestling ability.
Del Rey currently has two more independent bookings which will conclude by mid-August, after which she will begin with WWE.

A WWE source reports that WWE hiring top women’s wrestler Sara Del Rey is their answer to the problem of employing swimsuit models who end up getting frustrated and leaving such as The Bella Twins, Maryse, Maxine or Kelly Kelly.
As noted before, the belief is that Del Rey will also help train WWE’s Divas.

TMZ reports that Batista will debut on October 6th in Providence, Rhode Island at the Dunkin' Donuts Theater for the CES MMA promotion.
