- We noted back in October about a WWE fan named Connor who wanted to meet his hero Daniel Bryan. Connor has been battling brain and spinal cancer but began an online campaign to try and meet Bryan. Connor and his family finally got to meet Bryan and Kane before last night’s Super SmackDown in Pittsburgh. They talked, posed for photos and sign autographs before Bryan let Connor put him in the Yes Lock. Bryan also let Connor interview him with a microphone and gave him some WWE merchandise. Bryan tweeted last night: “Was finally able to meet Connor today. What a great kid and I’m proud to say the Stone Crusher made me tap out to the No Lock.
