On Thursday night in Quebec, Canada, Eye of the Tiger returns with an IBF super middleweight title eliminator.
Undefeated Cuban super middleweight Osleys Iglesias (13-0, 12 KOs) will face Vladimir Shishkin (16-1, 10 KOs) in a scheduled 12-round bout that will determine who will earn the mandatory position at 168 with the IBF.
Iglesias has been on a tear since turning pro and has gloved up four times in 2024. Although this will be his first fight in 2025, Iglesias will be far from rusty as he looks to earn his 14th victory. His opponent, Shishkin, has the experience to hang with Iglesias, but that wasn’t enough to beat William Scull in October. Now, Shishkin gets another opportunity to get back into the title picture, but must first beat the peaking Iglesias. Who will come out victorious on Thursday night in Quebec?
Per DraftKings SportsBook, Osleys Iglesias is the favorite at -1000, and Vladimir Shishkin is the underdog at +600.
Osleys Iglesias: TKO/KO -275; Decision +330
Draw: +1800
Vladimir Shishkin: TKO/KO +1100; Decision +1400
These timings could change due to the length of the undercard fights.
