The Purdue Boilermakers had a solid NCAA Tournament run. They entered as the No. 4 seed in the Midwest Region and defeated No. 13 High Point in the first round and No. 12 McNeese in the second round.
Unfortunately for them, though, after a hard-fought game, they narrowly fall to the No. 1 Houston Cougars 62-60 in the Sweet 16.
Now, with their season over, Purdue, just like many other programs, has not been able to escape taking hits from the transfer portal, which officially opened on March 24.
The Boilermakers' latest departure comes on Monday in the form of sophomore shooting guard Myles Colvin.

Colvin is certainly a player who had a solid impact on Purdue's season, appearing in 36 games with eight starts, averaging 5.4 points, 0.5 assists, 2.6 rebounds, and 17.7 minutes per game.
He was also a big piece of the team's 2023 recruiting class, with On3 industry rankings placing him as a four-star player, the No. 2 player in Indiana, the No. 18 shooting guard, and the No. 77 player in the nation.
He even saw a decent amount of time on the court during their loss to Houston, playing 25 minutes and accumulating seven points, one rebound, and one assist while shooting 33.3% from the field.
Colvin joins a growing list of Purdue players who have hit the transfer portal, including sophomore center Will Berg and junior Brian Waddel.
