Buckeyes Land Dynamic Scorer to Bolster Frontcourt Firepower

The Ohio State Buckeyes played a pretty average season, finishing 10th with a 17-15 record in the Big 10. They averaged 78.8 PPG (58th nationally), fueled by junior guard Bruce Thornton’s averages - 17.7 points and 4.6 assists.  The stagnant bench production and a lower 52.6% two-point shooting exposed gaps that needed immediate improvement.
