Wisconsin Basketball: Former In-State Target Emerges in Transfer Portal

Greg Gard and the Wisconsin Badgers basketball coaching staff are circling back on a former in-state recruit who has entered the portal. David Skogman, a Waukesha native who spent his first two collegiate seasons at Buffalo before transferring to Davidson, had decided to utilize his COVID year and return for a fifth and final season.
