WVU Reaches Out to Manhattan Transfer Seydou Traore

West Virginia’s basketball staff reached out to Manhattan transfer forward Seydou Traore in the portal, as reported by On3 Sports. Traore is a 6-foot-7 freshman prospect who entered the transfer portal on Wednesday.
