NCAA Tournament field to remain at 68 teams for 2025-26 season
The Boise State men’s basketball team was a controversial snub from last season’s NCAA Tournament. The Broncos were among the first four teams left out while three middling power conference teams — North Carolina, Texas and Xavier — all received at-large selections.

Report: NCAA 'Making Progress' on Expanding March Madness
It certainly sounds as if the NCAA is making progress towards NCAA Tournament expansion. In the coming year, we could see the March Madness field exceed 70 teams, according to a report from Yahoo's Ross Dellenger.
