Tennessee Transfer DE Emmanuel Okoye Commits to Cal

Tennessee transfer edge/defensive end Emmanuel Okoye announced on social media on Saturday that he has committed to Cal. .The 6-foot-5, 243-pound Okoye played in eight games in 2025 for the Vols and recorded one tackle this past season as a redshirt sophomore.
