How much prize money can Luke Littler, Luke Humphries earn at Czech Darts Open 2025 in Prague
Simon O'Connor/PDC

The Czech Darts Open will take place in Prague from September 5 to 7, 2025, and is the 11th European Tour tournament of the season. At stake is a prize fund of £175,000, including £30,000 for the winner.

This is the fifth edition of the Czech Darts Open. Last year Luke Humphries won the tournament. In the final he defeated Kim Huybrechts 8-1. Despite his number one position on the world ranking list, Humphries does not start this tournament as the favorite. That honor is reserved for the man of the moment. With successive wins at the World Matchplay, Australian Darts Masters, New Zealand Darts Masters and last weekend at the Flanders Darts Trophy, Luke Littler seems to have no equal. 'The Nuke' is hot on Humphries' heels for that first place in the world rankings and can I Prague another step in the right direction.

Although withdrawals are obviously still possible, the field of participants for the Czech Darts Open 2025 announces itself as particularly strong. After all, with Humphries, Littler, Michael van Gerwen and Stephen Bunting, the world's entire top four draw will be in Prague.

Humphries in particular will be keen on a strong performance. As mentioned earlier, he still occupies first place in the world rankings, yet he will be reluctant to see Littler dominate the Tour in recent weeks. Humphries initially dropped out of the Flanders Darts Trophy, but will normally travel to the Czech Republic.

Can Michael van Gerwen win his second Euro Tour title of 2025 next weekend? Earlier he was the winner at the German Darts Grand Prix. Will Luke Humphries return with a bang or will it be the usual Luke Littler domination.

It is £12,000 to the runner-up in Prague. The semi-finalists claim £8,500. While Quarter-Finalists are set to seal £6,000. Third round losers are in for £4,000. While for losing in the second round it is £2,500. For being defeated in the first round, it is £1,250. This gleams an overall prize fund of £175,000.

Due to changes this year, seeded players who lose in the second round of the event shall not be credited with prize money on the Order of Merit. A player who qualifies as a qualifier but later becomes a seed due to a withdrawal shall be credited with their prize money no matter how far they progress.
