Chase Sui Wonders says that Kathryn Hahn "has been a mentor" to her, Sarah Pidgeon, and Madelyn Cline

The cast of Jennifer Kaytin Robinson's I Know What You Did Last Summer includes a next generation of extremely talented young actors: Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Jonah Hauer-King, Tyriq Withers, and Sarah Pidgeon.

When five friends inadvertently cause a deadly car accident, they cover up their involvement and make a pact to keep it a secret rather than face the consequences. A year later, their past comes back to haunt them and they’re forced to confront a horrifying truth: someone knows what they did last summer…and is hell-bent on revenge. As one by one the friends are stalked by a killer, they discover this has happened before, and they turn to two survivors of the legendary Southport Massacre of 1997 for help.

However, there is one person connecting Cline, Wonders, and Pidgeon that you might not have realized. "Kathryn Hahn has been a mentor to not only me, but also Sarah Pidgeon and also Madelyn Cline," Wonders pointed out to IMDb. "We sent her pictures from set, and she's like, 'My girls! My girls are all together.' We've all gotten the chance to work with her."

Wonders just recently worked with her on Apple TV+'s The Studio, which has been renewed for a second season. The show received 23 Emmy nominations, with Hahn being nominated for her performance in the Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Comedy Series category. "She is all I want to be in a woman," Wonders concluded

Pidgeon previously co-starred with Hahn in Hulu's Tiny Beautiful Things. She described the actress as "The coolest person ever. So talented, so generous."

As for Cline, the two shared the screen in Netflix's Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, which came out in 2022. The film was also an on-screen reunion for Hahn and Kate Hudson after 2003's How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

I Know What You Did Last Summer is now playing in theaters.
