Jennifer Aniston congratulates Paul Rudd on 'Sexiest Man Alive': 'We've always known this'

Mike Hannigan may have married Phoebe, but Rachel couldn’t be happier for him.

For the uninitiated: Paul Rudd played Mike Hannigan for the last two seasons of "Friends," eventually marrying Lisa Kudrow’s Phoebe, who was one of Rachel’s (Jennifer Aniston) best friends.

Aniston took to her Instagram Story late Thursday to congratulate Rudd on being named People’s 2021 “Sexiest Man Alive.”

“This makes me so happy,” Aniston wrote (h/t People). “We’ve ALWAYS known this, but Paul Rudd is @people’s Sexiest Man Alive.”

The Primetime Emmy winner then posted a throwback photo with Rudd from 1998 romantic dramedy "The Object of My Affection," which they co-starred in, and wrote, “You don’t age, which is weird. But we still love you.”

Hopefully Ross (David Schwimmer) doesn’t get jealous again.
