TRAILER: Star Wars Composer John Williams to get Documentary on Disney+

The first trailer for the John Williams documentary has been released, which you can find below.

Streaming November 1 on Disney+, Music By John Williams chronicles the incredible career of arguably the greatest movie composer of all time.

Williams is best known for creating the scores for Star Wars, Jaws, ET, Indiana Jones, and Jurassic Park, as well as lesser-watched but still influential disaster movies such as Earthquake and The Poseidon Adventure.

The trailer shows Williams laughing along with directors Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, waving his baton with wild abandon during a concert at the Olympic games, and key industry figures paying homage to the man himself.

“It’s the purest form of art I’ve ever experienced from any human being,” says Spielberg, whose films might not have hit the same were it not for Williams’ iconic soundtracks. “He finds a whole new way of telling the story musically each time.” So, what's next? It's not quite Star Wars, and it won't have John Williams on conducting duties, but Ready Player Two is coming soon, says Spielberg.
