When you’re Wednesday Addams, your summer break from school is very different from the average kid. You may spend your days cutting off dolls heads or torturing your little brother with sharp weapons instead of, well, going to summer camp or lounging at the pool. Or, you may spend time sharpening your psychic ability. During Netflix’s 2025 TUDUM event, the streamer gave fans the gift of previewing the first 6 minutes of Wednesday season two.

Wednesday is now hunting serial killers, specifically the Kansas City Scalper. She’s obsessed with finding this serial killer and solving the case, which leads her to the scariest place of all: airport security. Weapons are weird but sunscreen in a carry on bag that exceeds 3 ounces? That’s truly a crime, according to TSA.

Wednesday makes it to Kansas City but she’s not quite quick enough to tase the serial killer, who is masquerading as a traveling dog groomer. He locks her in a basement and ties her up, forcing her to sit at a table with dolls. She’s living her wildest dreams, basically.

It seems that he will kill her but Wednesday gets the, ahem, upper hand in the form of Thing, who beats the guy up. Wednesday frees herself and is ready to do some torturing of her own at the end of this 6 minute preview into season two. You gotta love our sarcastic princess.

**What Is the Release Date for Wednesday Season 2?**

Why is Wednesday leaking from her eyes during psychic visions? What will she do to the Kansas City Scalper? Will she make a stop by a Chiefs game before heading home? We will see the rest when Part 1 of Wednesday season two hits Netflix on August 6 followed by Part 2 on September 3.
