Christopher Nolan's next film after Oppenheimer was revealed last month, and while we have no details on what it is about, we do have some fresh casting news to expand on following the initial announcement of Matt Damon being the first to top the cast list.

Since then, it has been revealed that Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong'o, and Spider-Man duo Tom Holland and Zendaya will also star, and it's anticipated that plenty more names will join them in what is expected to be another summer blockbuster from the Oscar-winning director.

The film has a release date of July 17, 2026, so it will be a long while before we get any further details, but the film is said to begin filming in the first half of 2025.

Nolan took home two Academy Awards in March, one for Best Achievement in Directing and the big prize of Best Motion Picture for his film Oppenheimer, which took hold a grand total of seven Oscars during the 96th Academy Awards.

The director will also pen the screenplay and collaborate once more with Oppenheimer partners Universal, who will distribute the film.

Further announcements, such as plot details and additional cast and crew announcements, are yet to be revealed.
