Isack Hadjar’s Dutch GP Trophy Snaps Apart During Team Photo Chaos

Isack Hadjar’s first F1 podium at the Dutch Grand Prix produced a memory he will never forget but not just for the result. During the official post-race team photo, Hadjar’s third-place trophy unexpectedly broke apart, disconnecting from its base and sparking a wave of viral reactions online.

The French rookie had just celebrated a career-defining podium, standing alongside Max Verstappen and Lando Norris at Zandvoort.

But when the Red Bull junior returned to his Visa Cash App RB team for the traditional photo with mechanics and engineers, the moment took a surprising turn.

A Hadjar lifted the distinctive blue-and-white Dutch GP trophy, the top piece came loose from the stand and tumbled away.

The reaction was instant, with laughter, disbelief, and plenty of cameras capturing the bizarre scene. Fans online wasted no time turning the moment viral, with clips of the mishape circulating widely.

Fortunately, the incident was more comic than catastrophic. The break appeared clean, with no major damage, and team members quickly secured the separated parts. Hadjar himself laughed off the accident, grinning as he posed with the prize.

While trophies breaking isn’t entirely unheard of in Formula 1, it’s a rare sight — and the timing made it even more memorable.

For Hadjar, who at just 20 years old became one of the youngest podium finishers in F1 history, the Dutch GP will forever be remembered not only for his performance on track, but also for the trophy that couldn’t quite hold it together.
