Erica Herman, Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend, files to nullify NDA

Things have been looking good for Tiger Woods recently as he tries to get back to competing and continues to be a figurehead for the PGA Tour. That changed this week when TMZ reported that a recent split with his longtime girlfriend could be headed for a courtroom.

Erica Herman, Woods' girlfriend of six years, filed court documents that, according to TMZ, say that Woods made her sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) at the start of their relationship and that "a private trust that Tiger runs is attempting to steamroll her into keeping quiet about their relationship by aggressively enforcing the NDA she signed."

Herman argues in the documents that the NDA should be deemed unenforceable under the Speak Out Act, a federal law "which prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment," TMZ detailed.

She also reportedly said that she is "eager to share her experiences with Tiger."

It isn't entirely clear when the couple split up, although it has been noted that Herman didn't appear to be present when Woods competed at the Genesis Invitational a few weeks back. Regardless of when the breakup happened, it doesn't appear to be an amicable one.

Woods has not yet commented on the matter. Regardless, this situation looks like it's already pretty messy.
