The Dodgers may have lost the series finale on Wednesday against the Baltimore Orioles, but it wasn't a bad game for everyone.
Dodgers rookie James Outman, who's been hitting the ball much better as of late after struggling through a two-month slump, made history on Wednesday.
In the top of the fifth inning, he became the first left-handed batter ever to hit an opposite field home run at Camden Yards since they moved the left field wall back, per Dodgers Nation on Twitter.

Well, two years ago, the Orioles decided to move their left field back... a lot.
The Camden Yards dimension were pushed back in left field, making them 384 feet back in left field, and 398 feet back in left center field.
A left-handed hitter hadn't hit a home run there in the last two seasons, but Outman decided to bring a halt to that trend. He crushed an opposite field, two-run home run, forever etching his name in the record books as the first lefty to hit a home run over the new left field wall in Camden Yards.
Congrats to Outman on the impressive achievement. He's heating up just in time for the stretch run for LA.
