The UCF Knights are already building around their freshly-flipped four-star quarterback. Tight end Brooks Hall, the teammate of UCF commit Rocco Marriott, flipped his commitment to the Knights on Tuesday afternoon from South Dakota, per Rivals' Hayes Fawcett.
