Three of the affiliates were rained out. But the one that did play, won! Bad weather wiped out most of the minor league slate on Wednesday night. That included this one scheduled down in Jacksonville.
Delmarva was the only winner as Norfolk got rained out, Chesapeake managed only one run and Aberdeen was shut out. The Tides and Iron Pigs were rained out on Tuesday.
Chesapeake and Delmarva both played doubleheaders while everyone else was rained out. Rain put a stop to this game almost immediately, as Samuel Basallo was batting in the bottom of the first inning.
