Starter Troy Watson threw a solid game, but the Hens didn’t need much from him in this one. They mashed three homers and pounded out 17 hits while drawing seven walks to batter the Wings.
The Mud Hens got good pitching as usual, but the bats had a very rough go in this one. Tanney Rainey started the game and tossed two strong innings with four strikeouts before turning it over to lefty Carlos Pena who is just up from Erie.
