MLB free agency won’t start until a few days after the completion of the World Series, but the Tampa Bay Rays recently signed a pitcher to a minor league deal.

Rays sign pair to minor league deals

The pair of signings will join the Rays big league camp The Tampa Bay Rays have added two more players to camp as they have signed right-handed pitcher Kodi Whitley and infielder Jamie Westbrook to minor league deals, bringing the total spring training roster to 74 players.
