The Arizona Cardinals will be without one of their top playmakers when they face the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday at State Farm Stadium. According to multiple reports, wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. underwent surgery for appendicitis and has been ruled out for the Week 11 matchup.

Like the 49ers, the Cardinals are dealing with a growing list of injuries. Due to their depleted roster, Arizona will be forced to scale back Wednesday's practice from a full session to a walkthrough.
Harrison Jr. ranks second on the team with 525 receiving yards and four touchdowns, trailing only star tight end Trey McBride, who leads the Cardinals this season with 603 receiving yards and six touchdowns.
The Cardinals enter Sunday's divisional showdown as 2.5-point underdogs to the 49ers. Arizona currently sits at the bottom of the NFC West with a 3-6 record, while San Francisco (6-4) looks to keep pace with the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams—both atop the division at 7-2.
