Former Bengals Running Back Samaje Perine Signing 3-Year Contract With Buccaneers

Former Bengals running back Samaje Perine is cashing in. The veteran agreed to a three-year, $22 million deal with the Buccaneers that includes $12.5 million guaranteed according to NFL insider Aaron Wilson.

Perine appeared in all 17 gams for Kansas City last season after he was released by Denver during final cuts.

The veteran played for the Bengals from 2019-22. He's a quality pass blocker and should fit in well with the Buccaneers young running backs. Perine was teammates with Baker Mayfield at Oklahoma.
