Jason Kelce's Response to Travis Kelce's Behavior With Taylor Swift
Jay Biggerstaff-Imagn Images

Former NFL star and current ESPN analyst Jason Kelce recently joined "The Steam Room" with Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson.

During the show, Jason Kelce shared his thoughts on Travis Kelce's relationship with pop star Taylor Swift.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has been dating Swift since September 2023.

When the two sparked a relationship, Jason Kelce mentioned that he saw a "different" type of behavior from Travis Kelce, explaining that the way his brother talked about Swift was "eye-opening."

Jason Kelce said it was evident how much Travis Kelce liked Swift when the two began their romantic relationship.

"You meet a lot of people; this felt different," Jason Kelce said. "I'm talking about Travis. And then, just the way he talks about her and talks about her from the moment he was with her. You could tell how much he really, really liked her right from the get-go. I think the level early on in that was something that was very eye-opening to me when we first had discussions."

Travis Kelce and Swift have grown to be the most well-known couple in football and arguably in the sports industry.

The Chiefs tight end previously spoke about his relationship with Swift, mentioning that their support for one another on the biggest stages has really brought them together.

"I'm enjoying all aspects of life," Travis Kelce said, per "The Stephen A. Smith Show." "I think, personally, the beauty of being in a very strong relationship is that you get that support to be able to come in and focus on your craft and be the best version of you. That’s why I wanted to be at the concerts supporting her and being there for her, making sure she feels comfortable and supported in everything she’s doing in life."

Steelers Have Unexpected Opportunity To Add Pro Bowl Safety To Roster

The Pittsburgh Steelers have had a very exciting offseason. With training camp fast approaching, as well as the preseason, excitement is building across the fan base. All eyes are now on Steelers General Manager Omar Khan to see if he has any more surprises up his sleeve as the team prepares for the 2025 season. Khan has done an impressive job improving the roster while also keeping the future in mind. His offseason moves have strengthened key positions and set the team up well for the 2026 NFL Draft. Expectations are already high for this group, but they would be even higher if the Steelers managed to add one more impact player in the secondary. On Tuesday, the Steelers got some encouraging news when NFL insider Ian Rapoport revealed that three-time Pro Bowl safety Quandre Diggs has been cleared for the 2025 season. Diggs is currently a free agent, and his return to full health opens the door for Pittsburgh to make a move. With a clear need at safety, the Steelers now have a legitimate chance to address one of their final roster concerns. The Steelers’ defense finally got TJ Watt extended, locking in their franchise cornerstone and further solidifying a unit that could be one of the NFL’s most dominant in 2025. With Watt now committed, many analysts believe Pittsburgh’s defense has the potential to finish the season among the league’s elite. A big part of that optimism comes from the significant moves the Steelers made in their secondary this offseason. While the decision to trade away All-Pro safety Minkah Fitzpatrick raised eyebrows, the Steelers responded by aggressively reshaping their defensive backfield. They brought in two proven veterans in Jalen Ramsey and Darius Slay, adding leadership, experience, and playmaking ability to the cornerback room. With Ramsey, Slay, and Joey Porter Jr. forming the starting trio, Pittsburgh now has a group of corners that can match up with any receiving corps in the league. Their physicality and football IQ give the Steelers a legitimate edge in pass coverage. Despite those upgrades, the loss of Fitzpatrick has left a noticeable void at safety. DeShon Elliott and Juan Thornhill are currently penciled in as the starters, but questions remain about depth and overall reliability. Thornhill in particular has yet to consistently play at a high level, and some fans are not entirely sold on his fit in Pittsburgh’s system. If the Steelers want to reach their full potential on defense, adding another dependable safety could be the move that completes this already impressive unit. Steelers' Omar Khan Really Should Go After Quandre Diggs This new opportunity for Khan and Pittsburgh is one he definitely should explore. The Steelers still have cap space to add players, and they seriously need depth in the safety room. One injury could put them in a tough spot. Signing Diggs would help address that need, and now that he is fully recovered and cleared to play, the time is now. Diggs is older and coming off an injury, so there is some risk involved. However, the 32-year-old veteran might be worth the price. He is not likely to be very expensive, and the Steelers can afford to offer him a few million dollars to strengthen their safety group. His veteran leadership alone would be extremely helpful.

Kelsey Plum takes shot at Caitlin Clark after WNBA All-Star Game

On Saturday night, Kelsey Plum was part of Team Collier's 151-131 win over Team Clark in the WNBA All-Star Game, scoring 16 points, grabbing five rebounds and dishing out three assists. Following the game, the Los Angeles Sparks star was asked about WNBA All-Stars wearing shirts before the game that read, "Pay Us What You Owe Us." Specifically, Plum was asked about how that idea came together. "The T-shirt — just a united front," she said. "That was determined this morning, that we had a meeting for. Not to tattletale, but zero members of Team Clark were very present for that." Plum said it with a chuckle. However, she was sitting next to New York Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu, who rolled her eyes and said, "Didn't really need to be mentioned" before laughing. It was awkward, especially because Caitlin Clark, as well as all of the members of Team Clark, wore the shirts. If Clark didn't wear the shirt, you could understand some backlash. But she did. It should also be noted that Team Collier featured the president of the WNBA Players Association, Nneka Ogwumike, as well as the first vice president, Plum, and two vice presidents, Napheesa Collier and Brenna Stewart. It makes sense if they took on greater leadership roles in a statement like this against the league. Whether Plum likes it or not, the reason the WNBA has any sort of leverage heading into these negotiations with the league is Clark. She would do well to remember that the next time she wants to take an unnecessary shot at Clark, who is responsible for the greatest surge in fan attention the WNBA has ever seen.

Malcom-Jamal Warner, who portrayed the beloved character Theo Huxtable on “The Cosby Show,” died at 54 in Costa Rica in a drowning accident, according to the Associated Press. The report claimed that Warner drowned on Sunday afternoon on a beach on the country’s Caribbean coast. He was swimming at Playa Cocles in Limon province when a current pulled him deeper into the water. Following his death, Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2002 inductee Magic Johnson mourned his passing. “Cookie and I are sad to hear about the passing of our dear friend Malcom-Jamal Warner,” he wrote on X. “We were both super fans of the hit Cosby Show and continued to follow his career on shows like Malcom and Eddie and The Resident.” Warner was on “The Cosby Show” from 1984-92. He also appeared in television series such as “Jeremiah,” “A Different World” and “Here and Now,” while Johnson led the Los Angeles Lakers from 1979-91 before making a brief comeback in 1995-96. “Every time I ran into Malcom, we would have deep and fun conversations about basketball, life and business,” Johnson added. “He will truly be missed . Cookie and I are praying [for] his family and close friends during this difficult time.” Warner was in films such as “Drop Zone” (1994), “Fool’s Gold” (2008), “The Tuskegee Airmen” (1995) and “Tyson” (1995). Raiders Sign Speedy Former Chargers Third-Round Pick to Contract

The Las Vegas Raiders' cornerback room is one of the biggest concerns heading into training camp. The team is relying on a lot of young players to take on large roles. To add some depth, the Raiders are signing former Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Joe Woods to a contract, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Woods isn't a big name for Las Vegas to add. He was a third-round pick of the Chargers in 2022 and was drafted by former Raiders general manager Tom Telesco. He was never able to carve out a serious role in Los Angeles. He lasted two seasons with the team before getting let go. Woods spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears last season, but didn't play in a single regular-season game. He was with the Seattle Seahawks briefly this offseason, but was released early in July. Woods is a very athletic player. He ran a 4.36 40-yard dash when he was coming into the NFL. He also has good size at 6-foot-2. He's exactly the type of cornerback that Pete Carroll likes to work with, and he should fit in well with the Raiders' group of big and fast defensive backs. Carroll does excellent work with defensive backs, so perhaps he can get Woods to reach another level. He has only played 13 career games. He hasn't had much of a chance to prove what he can do. The Raiders are very young at cornerback and will have an open competition, so he'll at least get an opportunity to earn a roster spot.
