Former New Orleans Saints playmaker Kirk Merritt suffers injury during UFL game

The New Orleans Saints have some notable former players playing in the UFL. One of them is Kirk Merritt. Merritt was a fan favorite during his time in black and gold, without taking many snaps in the regular season.  Merritt suffered a potentially serious injury on Sunday afternoon during a UFL game for the Houston Roughnecks.
