DT Kurt Hinish has four starts over his first three seasons with the Texans. On Thursday afternoon, NFL insider Aaron Wilson reported that the Texans are signing defensive tackle Kurt Hinish to a one-year deal worth up to $2.35 million.

The Texans announced that defensive linemen Dylan Horton and Kurt Hinish have returned to practice. Mike Garafolo reports that Horton will return to the field for the first time since last November before he was diagnosed with Stage IV Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
