The Florida Panthers have the chance to go up 3-0 on the Carolina Hurricanes, but ahead of Game 3, they face concern around star forward Sam Reinhart.

The Eastern Conference Finals have been dominated by the Florida Panthers thus far, but ahead of a Game 3 back in Florida, there's a chance that the Carolina Hurricanes can get themselves back into this series.

Those hopes only increase with the potential injury to star Panthers forward Sam Reinhart, who left Game 2 with an injury following a blindside hit from 'Canes star Sebastian Aho.

After the game, Head Coach Paul Maurice revealed that the Panthers would take a further look at Reinhart on Friday ahead of Game 3 on Saturday, but thus far, no update has been given on the talented forward.

The incident involving Aho looked incredibly scary, and ahead of Game 3, Panthers fans are worried about Reinhart, with one fan going to incredible lengths to give him good luck for not only Game 3 and his healthy return, but for the rest of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

In the 2025 post-season thus far, Reinhart has tallied 4 goals and 11 points in 14 games played alongside a +4 differential, and while he's not the biggest name in this forward group, this is a team that gets it done with depth and needs everyone available to get back to the Stanley Cup Finals.

We will have a further update on Reinhart tomorrow ahead of a must-win Game 3 for the Hurricanes, and if the Panthers can take this matchup, it may be series over, but with Reinhart's status up in the air, this becomes anyone's game.
