On Friday, Paul Maurice stunningly resigned as head coach of the Winnipeg Jets. He served as the Jets head coach since the 2013-14 season, compiling a record of a record of 315-223-62 during this time, and the Jets were 13-10-5 when he resigned.
Dave Lowry was named interim head coach. He has served as an assistant coach on the Jets staff since the beginning of the 2020-21 campaign.
