Adam Johnson investigation leads to more questions as Matt Petgrave continues to post bail

Adam Johnson of the Nottingham Panthers was killed by the skate blade of Matt Petgrave one-year ago today during a game in the EIHL. Since that time, there has been an investigation into Johnson's death to determine whether or not this is worthy of a manslaughter conviction.

The USA Hockey Congress approved a rule on Sunday that will require all players under the age of 18 to wear neck protection in both games and practices.
