Inter Miami vs Nashville SC Lineups, Playoff Results & Live Scores For MLS Cup 2025

Inter Miami will play in the MLS playoffs for a second year in a row. Inter Miami's goal after bringing Lionel Messi in 2023 is to win the MLS Cup.

Last year, Inter Miami were eliminated in the first round by Atlanta United after winning the Supporters' Shield. Atlanta United eliminated the Herons after winning the best-of-three series, winning twice over three matches.

Inter Miami will once again play at home in the first leg against Nashville SC tonight at Chase Stadium.

Both teams have met recently in the regular season, and tonight's match will make it the third time both teams have played each other this year.

Last weekend, Inter Miami defeated Nashville SC 5-2 at GEODIS Park. Inter Miami were trailing 2-1 at halftime, but a hat-trick from Lionel Messi led the team to finish 3rd in the Eastern Conference with 65 points.

Tonight, Inter Miami will host Nashville at Chase Stadium, which will be the first game of this first-round series of the MLS playoffs.

The last time both teams played each other at Chase Stadium was in July, when Inter Miami defeated Nashville 2-1. Lionel Messi scored a brace, and Hany Mukhtar scored for Nashville.

With no serious injuries after the previous match, the lineups are expected to be similar for tonight's match.
