Paris Saint-Germain came away with a scoreless draw result in its Ligue 1 showdown with Olympique de Marseille on Sunday.

PSG still holds the top spot in the league standings, although it has recorded winless results in two of its last three such matches.

Overall, Pochettino is still much pleased with the recent play and progress of his team, which he touched on following the fixture against Marseille.

“We are looking for a balance, for improvement,” Pochettino said. “From experience, we know that these periods, in October-November, are always difficult. But I’m happy with the team’s progress, I’m satisfied with where it is today in its evolutionary process.”

PSG is now set for back-to-back key clashes up next with the league matchup against Lille OSC and the return UEFA Champions League group stage fixture against RB Leipzig. Much is expected for PSG to clinch convincing wins in both matches.
