The Indiana Fever have been beaten down with injuries throughout the WNBA season, losing key contributors like Caitlin Clark.
Clark has missed the majority of the WNBA season during her second year in the league, having come into the season as one of the top players across the board.
The WNBA star also plays alongside several of the most well-known names in the league, Aliyah Boston and Sophie Cunningham, en route to a potential title.
While Clark has been out, Stephanie White has been tasked with reworking the lineup.
Aari McDonald was one of the first additions to the team, having joined at the beginning stages of the Indiana Fever's injury disasters.
She started her year with the Fever on a strong note but was ultimately ruled out with a season-ending foot injury.
As McDonald rehabs, Caitlin Clark is traveling with the team. She was recently with the Fever for their matchup against the Golden State Valkyries.
After the Fever suffered a 75-63 loss to the Valkyries, Clark met with McDonald's AAU team. She posed for pictures with the young women, showing support for her Fever teammate.
"Thank you, Caitlin Clark, for making my girls' night," McDonald said.
