Indiana Fever guard Lexie Hull led the team’s recent fan wellness program presented by WeShare Health.
The Fever gave fans the chance to meet Hull at the “Flow & Freeze with the Fever” event earlier this month at Morris Bicentennial Plaza in Indianapolis.
Hull hosted the event with the team mascot, Freddy Fever, as fans experienced outdoor yoga and a cold plunge to promote movement and mindfulness.
The 27-year-old was happy to spearhead the event because it gave her an opportunity to connect with fans in a different setting. The Fever shared the update on social media, which included a message from Hull.
“Today we are at Flow with the Fever presented by WeShare Health,” Hull said. “The fans got to do some yoga with Andrea, who we’ve actually used and done some yoga with, which was super cool to watch. They also are currently cold plunging, and I’m wishing them the best of luck.”
The former Stanford star also highlighted the importance of caring for one’s mental well-being.
“Health and wellness is huge just for your physical and also your mental health,” Hull added. “I’ve found that when I’m not active and not taking care of my wellness, I’m just not as happy as I can be. So it’s really cool to see them out here working on making them the best selves they can be.”
