The Women's World Championship was vacated by Naomi due to her real-life pregnancy. Vaquer earned the opportunity to challenge for the title by winning a battle royal back at Evolution in July. Her scheduled match for Clash in Paris had to be postponed due to Naomi vacating the gold.
Sky has been embroiled in a saga with Rhea Ripley and her former stablemates, The Kabuki Warriors. It will be interesting to see if they play a part in her upcoming championship match.
Wrestlepalooza will be WWE's first premium live event (PLE) in partnership with ESPN. You can stream it live on Saturday, September 20, on the new ESPN direct-to-consumer streaming service at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.
