WWE are set to continue their European tour next week, taking Monday Night Raw to Paris.
This week’s episode of Raw played out in Italy following the Clash in Italy Premium Live Event.
But attention has now turned towards Night of Champions, where the King and Queen of the Ring tournament finals will be held.
On that front, Seth Rollins and Liv Morgan’s first-round King and Queen of the Ring matches have now been confirmed for the June 8 episode of Raw.
Because it took place in Italy, the latest episode of the show had a much earlier start time than US viewers are accustomed to.
During the live broadcast of the June 1 show, WWE confirmed the following bouts will take place in Paris next week:
Oba Femi has already advanced into the semi-final of the tournament after winning his first-round matchup on Monday.
He will now face one of Dominik Mysterio, Bron Breakker, Trick Williams or Damian Priest in the semis, with the winner set to fight for the crown at Night of Champions later this month.
The winners of both the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments will, as has become tradition in recent years, earn title shots at SummerSlam 2026.
From the men’s side, it would make the most sense to have Rollins or Femi win the King of the Ring, then challenge Cody Rhodes or Roman Reigns at SummerSlam.
But unless WWE are planning to give Femi the belt, it may be better if Brock Lesnar comes back to cost him the title shot, rather than having him lose clean at another PLE.
As for Queen of the Ring, Morgan is one of the most popular wrestlers in the company right now, but she already holds one of the championships.
In turn, having someone like Charlotte Flair win the tournament and then challenge Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam could be interesting.
