Seems like "No Interest" in a WR

Just read it...seems like hes set at WR....i still think its just a cover up so the media doesnt attack him but i could be wrong...i think we will try to move lito even though he says he sees lito as "on the team" its just crazy to keep asante and lito when we need other things...he does say we could upgrade KR though

its just like when banner said they were not going after larry fitz... its all just to be politically correct so u dont piss anyone off in your own organization

We never show our hand, haven't you realized that by now? Our FO is more secretive than the Bush and Nixon administrations combined.

Reid isnt going to say our recievers suck.
He did say there is room to improve them, but if not they should be okay. I think they will look to improve the group.

exactly what i think, thanks for the reassurance

But why trade lito? why not have two number 1 cb's? I mean, now in days you need that type of secondary. With teams like Dallas who have T.O and Glenn, and Crayton. Or even now wit NYG who have Burress, Moss,Tyree, and Toomer. Alot of team have 2 or 3 WR's that can hurt a Defense. We arent going to get a pure "X" WR....this yr if we trade lito. I say keep him and have a dominate secondary. Maybe draft a WR or a OL in the 1st round, but theres no way we get a pure "X" WR in the draft nor through trade.

Moss/Tyree/Toomer....Joselio, no William James could cover all 3 of those guys! haha You had a point with Dallas....2 years ago but Glenn's done. But if we play a team like the Pats or the Colts in Tampa...you're right on the money man

yeah but do we really need to have 3 great corners? come on your sayin dont even try to go for a WR if possible b/c of a situation that may not even happen? most teams 3rd wide receiver isnt that great its just how good the qb is and then thats where defensive scheme comes in....2 good corners is really what i like then a third that is solid not 3 pro bowlers thats just too much invested in one position we need to improve in other areas not be rediculous in just one area

We've been tryin bro...truth is there aint sht to be had! So why not? If we don't get a big WR to score TD's in the red zone at least we'll be able to stop the other team from doing it to us.

yes i agree if we cannot move sheppard dont just do it to do it....get someone good or dont trade at all..but i still think we will get someone good at WR

Yea i agree. You shut down the passing game, and let the front four shut down the run game...then whats going to stop us? We can force an offense's to only score maybe an average of 10 to 14 points a game. Then the offense only really needs to put up 20 to 30 per game. Then next year, if we can make a move by trading then move them, if need be. Right now the goal is to win the superbowl. REMEMBER, OFFENSE WINS GAMES....DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS.
