An unknown 11-year-old skier, who probably would like to retain his anonymity now, attempted his first ever ski jump at Kirkwood Mountain Resort in California recently, and the results were failtastic to the nth degree… It’s OK to laugh at our intrepid young downhiller, because according to the person who uploaded the video to YouTube (no doubt it’s the same dude laughing at his buddy’s misfortune in the clip), the kid managed to walk it off. Yeah, because the amount of laughter generated by this kid’s ski jump fail was dependent on his health and well being. Someone want to tell this kid for future reference that ski wax is very important. I like how he stuck the landing, or at least his skis did…earned him a 9.6 from the Russian judge.
