Let's assume Kevin Millwood didn't have a vesting option for 2010.  He either was under contract for 2010, or is a free agent after 2009, either way. Given that this season is toast, and given that Millwood has been horrible for 2+ months, wouldn't the organization be thinking long and hard about shutting Millwood down for the season anyway, and letting Dustin Nippert -- who is out of options and who the organization needs to make a decision about this offseason -- take ...
