This past week was very entertaining with last second wins, upsets and many close games. Here are my thoughts on the past weeks games. Congratulations go out to the Detroit Lions for winning their first game after 19 straight losses. Matthew Stafford played his best game of his very young career and the defense played well. Q: If the Titans had played the Broncos schedule to date, and the Broncos had played the Titans schedule, what do you think would have happened? I'm guessing that the Titans would be 3-0 and their def. coordinator wouldn't be taking the heat he is getting, while I bet the Broncos would be 0-3, or maybe 1-2. I mean, everybody's def. coordinator would look like a genius after playing the Browns and Raiders. Look at the Chiefs. They allowed more than 400 yards against the Eagles and more than 500 yards against the Ravens, but held the Raiders to less than 200. I'm just saying, let's see how the Broncos D is doing after their next 5 games. If they can shut down their next five opponents, then I'll be right behind you in line to praise Nolan. But I'm not impressed with what they've done so far.
