According to a report from ESPN in Chicago, the Cubs are expected to place Aaron Miles on the disabled list Monday with a hyperextended elbow.
The report mentioned the Cubs would recall either Bobby Scales or possibly Sam Fuld to take his place on the active roster. The move is expected to be made official before Monday's game against the Pirates.

It's anger management day at SoSG! We noted Milton Bradley's latest tantrum this weekend, wondering why Cubs manager Lou Piniella felt the need to single out this incident in a season that has featured so many. I hope everyone had a better weekend than the Chicago Cubs did as they dropped two out of three games on the South side of town to the crosstown rivals. The White Sox pretty much had their way in the three game series and the biggest highlight for the Cubs was probably the altercation between Lou Piniella and Milton Bradey on Friday.

White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen had no problem with the way Cubs manager Lou Piniella handled the Milton Bradley drama Friday. As a matter of fact, he applauded it. Guillen's problem? There should have been 24 others who policed it beforehand, rather than it escalating to the point it did with the Cubs' skipper.
