According to MLBTradeRumors and the Padres twitter feed, the A's have acquired Scott Hairston from the Padres for 2 minor league pitchers and a PTBNL. http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2009/07/as-acquire-scott-hairston.html Speculation as to who the minor league arms are? EDIT: It has been confirmed that the pitchers are Ryan Webb and Craig Italiano. Precursor to a Holliday trade perhaps?
