Toronto has opened up a 17-13 lead midway through the first quarter. At this pace, Toronto will top 100 points again, as it has in every game this season. And that won't be good for the Mavericks.
Josh Howard is making his season debut and he started. He scored five of the team's first seven points, all on free throws.
Chris Bosh, the Lincoln product, is off to a hot start. He has 10 points already and is making shots inside and outside, as usual.
