Raiders wide receiver Javon Walker says he is open to being traded, if that's what the team feels is in its best interests. The NFL trade deadline is Tuesday afternoon. Raiders coach Tom Cable said the team is exploring possibilities but that nothing is imminent. Walker has been inactive for four of five games this season.
