Bynumbosh
I've been at camp for the past week and will be for another two weeks. Haven't really been able to write for the Verdict so I apologize to the two people that read it on a daily basis. A lot has happened in the world of the NBA, and I finally get to share my thoughts.

Still waiting to Launch
Well, Jamario Moon still hasn't signed with any other team. Rumor still has Boston interested in him and that's good. Like I've said before, he would fit well with the C's.

Hedo to T.O.
Hedo Turkoglu to the Raptors is the most interesting move in my opinion. I think this trade is directed more towards Chris Bosh than it is to Hedo. Is this some incentive for Bosh to resign? I think Bosh should still keep his options open. I don't think Hedo is the major player the Raptors need to be a championship contender. Not taking anything away from Hedo, just that I don't think he is a franchise player.

Parker to the Cavs
Sticking with the Raptors, The Cavaliers have signed guard Anthony Parker. Why? Is this supposed to be directed towards Lebron? Anthony Parker is an OK player with an occasionally good game, but he is not what the Cavaliers need. The Cavs need some more big men. Shaq is good for this year, but to keep Lebron, they will need a Chris Bosh or Amar'e Stoudemire. I think for the short term, this is a good deal.

Rasheed in Green
Will he be a good fit? Is he the same or close to the Rasheed that played with Billups, Rip, and Tay? Only time will tell, but to me, this is a very good pick up by the Celtics. His 6-11 presence is a big asset to the C's because not only can he play inside, he can also bury shots from beyond the arc. KG is mainly a presence inside, and now they will have to decide whether to double Garnett, or let Garnett be played by a single man. Not to mention Paul Pierce and Ray Allen just waiting for a shot.
